Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use as few as possible - here's the complete list of what this site sets and why.

Essential cookies

These make the site work: keeping you signed in to the client portal, securing forms against abuse, and remembering basics for the length of your visit. They can't be switched off because the site breaks without them.

Preference cookies

Small conveniences - remembering a choice you've made, like a dismissed notice, so we don't ask you twice. Deleting them just means the site forgets your preferences.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages get visited and where visitors struggle. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) that last up to two years. Google signals and ad personalization are switched off, so this data isn't used for advertising. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we don't use

• Advertising or retargeting cookies.
• Social media tracking pixels.
• Anything that follows you across other websites.

Third-party embeds

Occasionally a page embeds a map or video from another service. Those load their own cookies only if you interact with them, under that service's policy.

Managing cookies

Every browser lets you view, block or delete cookies in its settings. The site works fine with cookies blocked - you'll just need to sign in to the client portal each visit.
