Revitalize was spending an hour a day on the phone answering the same eight questions: what does a session involve, how long, how much, can I bring someone. Every one of those calls was a person who wanted to book but could not find the answer on the site.
Let the site do the explaining
The new site answers the eight questions on the service page, in the order people ask them, and puts a "Book now" button after each answer. The FAQ is not a dumping ground at the bottom - it is the sales pitch, structured as the conversation the owner was already having.
A booking flow with three screens
Pick a service, pick a time, leave a name and number. No account, no password, confirmation by text. Every extra field we tested cost bookings, so the form asks only for what the front desk needs to say hello.
Phone calls dropped by about half in the first month. Bookings went up. The hour a day went back to running the business, which is what the Revitalize project was really about.
